Shipping & Return Policy

At PWChic, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:.

Returns are accepted for unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order (the return window starts on the day tracking shows "delivered").

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return request submission to qualify for a full refund.

For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window starts from the final package delivery date and time.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive your returned package for processing.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

US shipping carriers temporarily adjust their rates to manage increased demand during the holiday season. In response, PWChic will apply a small holiday shipping surcharge on orders shipped to US addresses. Please know we will always try to keep the surcharge as low as possible to help cover rising shipping rates while providing reliable service through the holiday rush.
